A Cottage In The Shire

Nestled at the foot ancient Corfe Castle you find this gorgeous old and wonky cottage that caught my eye as I climbed across the bridge to the castle looking for a cover spot for my debut cookbook “The cottage kitchen”, and there to the right of me was the most alluring view, and immediately fell in love, dreaming of a new life in the English countryside. It was the beginning of a new chapter and I still blow this cottage a kiss every time I pass it, climbing the steps up to the top of Corfe Castle.
